CHICAGO -- The 7th-ranked University of Chicago women's soccer team has earned hosting rights in the third and fourth rounds of the 2025 NCAA Division III Tournament as the Maroons will host three other teams at the Stagg Grass Fields for the Sectional Tournament this upcoming weekend.

The Maroons earned wins over UW-Superior (5-0) and UW-La Crosse (3-1) this weekend to advance to the Sectional Round. The team will host the Round of 16 and the Quarterfinals as they welcome #13 Swarthmore, #17 Cal Lutheran, and Carleton to Chicago.

#7 UChicago will host #17 Cal Lutheran in the opening game on Saturday at 11 AM, and #13 Swarthmore will battle Carleton to round out the opening day matches at 1:30 PM. On Sunday, the winners of each of the third round matches will meet in the National Quarterfinals with a spot in the Final Four on the line.

This weekend will mark the first time that the Maroons have hosted the Sectional round since 2017 when the Maroons took down #18 Wheaton (IL) and #15 UW-La Crosse on the road to their second National Championship appearance in program history. UChicago will look to advance to the Final Four for the first time since the 2017 season after falling in the National Quarterfinals in both 2021 and 2024.

SATURDAY
    Round 1 - #17 Cal Lutheran at #7 UChicago - 11 AM CT
    Round 1 - #13 Swarthmore vs. Carleton - 1:30 PM CT

SUNDAY
    Round 2 - WINNERS WILL PLAY - 1 PM CT
