Women's Lacrosse Heads to New Jersey

CHICAGO, Ill. -- The University of Chicago women's lacrosse team will travel to New Jersey for their spring break weekend taking on two Top-25 ranked teams. On Wednesday they'll take on No. 20 Stevens at 4 pm EST. On Friday afternoon the Maroons will head to No. 12 The College of New Jersey for a 4 pm EST game time.

#24 UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO NOTES:
* The University of Chicago women's lacrosse team enters with a 5-2 record overall on the year.
* The Maroons got their best win after taking down #17 Colorado College, 10-9, in an overtime thriller
* Stevens and TCNJ will be the fourth and fifth-ranked team they will face this season.
* Sophomore Peyton McGuire leads the Maroons with 14 goals on the season. She's also accumulated five assists for 19 points so far this season.
* Kali Konstantinakos leads the UChicago defensive unit with 21 caused turnovers and 18 ground balls so far this season.
* Rachel Keefe has been a wall in goal for the Maroons with 62 saves on 174 shots on goal for a 0.544 save percentage this season.
* Following the two games this weekend, UChicago will host Albion at home on Sunday afternoon at 12 p.m.

#20 STEVENS NOTES:
* Stevens enters week 5 as #20 in the latest IWCLA polls.
* Stefanie Sellitto leads the team with 17 goals. Tallying for a total 18 points on the year, with a 68% shot percentage.
* Emily Leiby and Emily Smart account for 23 of the team's 39 assists.
* Goalkeeper Emma Guzowski has had a fantastic season with 25 saves on 84 shots faced.

#12 TCNJ NOTES:
* TCNJ enters week 5 at a #12 ranking in their so far undefeated season.
* The Lions are led by grad student Ally Tobler with 20 goals this year.
* Marissa Lucca is second on the team with 16 goals, though she leads in assists with 16 on the year for a total of 32 points this season.
* Goalie Julia Charest has recorded 19 saves this season with only 56 shots faced, the TCNJ defense is known for not letting opponents.
