CHICAGO, Ill. -- The University of Chicago men's soccer team puts their four-game unbeaten streak on the line on Wednesday night as they return to Stagg Field to battle Hope College.
*Â The Maroons come into the game with an 2-1-2 record on the season after picking up a 2-0 win over Aurora on Saturday night.
*Â A pair of UChicago freshman scored their first career goals in the win over Aurora with
Giovanni Caselli and
Chase Perry each finding the back of the net for the Maroons.
*Â The Maroons have recorded four consecutive clean sheets, and they have held their opponents without a goal for 423 consecutive minutes.

Evan Kanellos scored the first two goals of the season against Gustavus Adolphus and MSOE.

Ali Alamery made 10 saves en route to his first career clean sheet in the 0-0 draw with St. Olaf. His 10 saves are the most by a UChicago goalkeeper since 2012.
*Â Alamery is the first UChicago goalkeeper since Will Boyes in 2022 to record four consecutive clean sheets.
*Â One more clean sheet for Alamery will make him the first player since Aaron Katimpalis in 2019 to record five straight.

Jadyn Hsieh-Bailey has taken the most shots for UChicago with 11 during the first four games, including six shots in the 0-0 draw with Wheaton (IL) last Wednesday.
