Jacob Santos enters his second year as the Assistant Football Coach at the University of Chicago in the 2025-26 academic year. He will serve as the Running Backs Coach in 2025.
After serving as the Quarterbacks Coach and Passing Game Coordinator in 2024, Santos will be switching to the Running Backs coach in 2025.
Santos earned his Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Hawaii where he played quarterback under June Jones and Nick Rolovich. He was of the Warriors' WAC Championship team that also reached the Sugar Bowl in 2007.
After college, Santos spent time playing and coaching professional football overseas with the Winterthur Warriors in Winterthur, Switzerland.
In addition to coaching at the University of Chicago, Santos is a Studio Producer for ESPN Chicago and the Big Ten Network.
