HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Maroons had a fantastic defensive night .13 of the 17 players that entered the match recorded at least one dig as the team finished with a total of 39. The back court made the difference in the dominant win.
- Serving has been a strong suit recently for the UChicago. After difficulty with missed serves in the beginning of the season, the Maroons eight aces from last night prove they're moving in the right direction.
- Thalita Marangon led both teams with seven kills and nine digs. Diya Mishra and Amelia Gibbs each finished with five kills each. Gibbs was also strong defensively finishing with two blocks along with Keeley Kandzoria.
WHO'S ON DECK
