CHICAGO – The University of Chicago women's soccer team closed out another dominating victory at home as they hosted Wis.-Oshkosh on Saturday afternoon. With the win, the Maroons move on to 7-2 on the year.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Indira Naylor opened up the scoring for the match as she drilled two goals within the first nine minutes for the Maroons. The freshman now leads the team with eight goals so far for the year.
- As more time went on the Maroons offensive pressure stayed strong. Dominating more time with the ball then the Titans, the Maroons were able to put up 10 shots within the first 30 minutes of the game.
- To add some insurance before closing out the half, at 35:07 Kaitlyn Gomez netted another score for Chicago off an assist by Karena Shah. The sophomore's second of the season gave the Maroons a 3-0 lead.
- Wis.-Oshkosh came into the second half with more force on both sides of the ball. In the 61st minute the Titans were able to net one to finally put a score on the board.
- Coming down to the final minutes of the match, Mary Stuart Kerrigan came off the pitch to slam a goal into the Titan's net. Putting it in in the 80th minute, Kerrigan's final score was assisted by Naylor.
