CHICAGO -- In their final action before the 2012 University Athletic Association Championships, the sixth-ranked University of Chicago women's tennis team defeated Case Western Reserve University 9-0 and #11 Washington (Mo.) University 8-1 in dual match action Saturday and Sunday at the Stagg Field Courts.
With the two victories, the Maroons improved to 16-4 overall and 12-1 against Division III opponents. Chicago also extended its winning streak to seven matches.
