ORLANDO, Fla. -- In a match-up of top-10 squads, the University of Chicago women's tennis team lost to Emory University 9-0 in the semifinals of the UAA Championship on Friday.
The No. 7-ranked Maroons (15-5) will next take on No. 10-ranked Washington University-St. Louis in the third-place match at 9 AM (ET) on Saturday. The No. 3-ranked Eagles improved to 12-4 and advance to the title match against No. 13-ranked Carnegie Mellon University.
