Andy Strommen played for the men's basketball squads that won two UAA Championships and advanced to the NCAA Tournament Round of 16 twice. Strommen averaged 14.3 points per game and was named UAA Player of the Year as a senior in 1998-99. He went on to receive the 1999 Stagg Medal. Strommen led the nation in three-point percentage by making 52.7 percent from the arc in 1996-97. In the school career records, he ranks No. 2 in three-point percentage (.455) and No. 3 in three-pointers made (185).
