Joel Zemans was a two-time men's basketball All-American who in 1961 helped lead Chicago to the NCAA College Division national quarterfinals in the program's first-ever postseason appearance. Zemans ranks second on the Chicago all-time free throw attempts list and occupies fourth place in free throws made.
