Gretchen Gates is the all-time leading scorer (1,924) and rebounder (1,056) in Chicago women's basketball history. A four-time All-Midwest Conference and four-time All-American, Gates was an NCAA postgraduate scholarship recipient in 1986. She holds 11 Chicago career, season, and game records.
