Bill Gray was named to Sports Illustrated's Silver Anniversary All-America Basketball Team in 1975. The 1950 Amos Alonzo Stagg Medal recipient, Gray captained the baseball and basketball teams. He led the baseball team to three-straight winning seasons and helped guide the basketball team to back-to-back winning campaigns.
